Warm-hearted clinic for heart patients

The idea of creation of one of  Europe’s highest standard cardiovascular surgery clinic has been realized in the form of Kyiv City Heart Center in 2007. On 37.000 sq. m lie 5 clinical departments, pediatric and adult department, functional diagnostics, and also branch of a computer tomography, radionuclide diagnostics, perfusiology, transfusiology and clinico-diagnostic laboratory.

For the first time in Ukraine within the precincts of one clinic experts in the field of the prevention of diseases, diagnostics and treatment, surgeries, anesthesiology and rehabilitations have gathered. Thanks to this concentration of knowledge and a medical science of cardiact operation of the newborns, minimal invasive cardiac surgery and cardiac transplantation has become possible in Ukraine already today.

Constructed and equipped on the world standards, the heart Center is a pearl of the Ukrainian medicine and a subject of pride of Kyiv inhabitants!

In designing the center an advanced technical and medical decisions have been instilled, efficiently allowing to carry out diagnostics and treatment of most complicated cardio-vascular defects.

In 5 modern operational and 4 angiographic laboratories it is feasible to carry out to 5.000 complicated cardiac operations annually.

Bright and friendly - both inside, and outside - is the first impression which the Center makes. It is bright with light,numerous glasses, an openness, heat and safety. Comfortable wards with phones and TVs. Information displays for patients and visitors. And, certainly, it is a lot of institutions which do a life in hospital more pleasant:with convenient parking to friendly cafe.

The heart centre is located in a park zone. Pine wood, paths and shops, a green lawn with colours are a part of treatment for patients. Crones of pine wood create for patients a sensation of security and harmony with the nature. The big space of calmness and comfort is created for a qualitative life even at the moment of stay in clinic.
